Work in the Rusan Lab

Dorothy investigated how centrosome activity and organization are regulated during interphase and stem-cell division. Her work examined PLP-dependent control of centrosome activity and the PLP–Cnn scaffold, and established live-imaging approaches for Drosophila neural stem cells.
